Each will act as a “Home Location” for artists and entertainers. Opryland and all locations will have resident in-house Entertainment Managers, ticket sales outlets, recording studios, recording labels, screen stages, broadcasting stations, both cable and national broadcasting for television and radio. Each location will have a minimum of 16 stages in operation. Opryland will be producing television shows, mini-series for television, and movies. All on-location, concerts/shows/events will have a management team and television broadcasting production team that will have the capability of broadcasting live from location to television stations for airing of the shows.

WEA will coordinate all activities before any final commitments are made. It will be equipped with the latest in electronic technology with wide screens for viewing by our clients from their remote location to Opryland. Facilities will be capable of producing live video footage with large monitors to display event info, analyze cost factors, supplies requirements, staffing requirements, stress points, transportation needs, security requirements and gross profit projections per event.

WEA will be the overall provider for entertainment and coordination in the form of concerts, music festivals, rodeos and other outdoor events plus calendar day celebrations such as Cinco de Mayo, Valentine’s Day, St. Patrick’s Day, National Redneck Day, Fourth of July and other national holidays and celebrations. Activities will include many annual events and daily multi-day events with some spanning up to three weeks such as rodeo finals, race and dirt track events, wild-horse & auction festivals, agricultural expos, farming & ranching expos, technology expos, fishing tournaments, wine and beer expos, barrel tasting and the grand-daddy of them all, the World-Wide Wine, Beer and Spirits Festival, with all being broadcasted nationally and worldwide over many platforms and television and radio stations.

One of the primary goals of Opryland is to help revitalize the whole onstage performance industry, regardless of type of venture, which will also benefit the television and movie production industry. We will elevate them to higher standards for the current and future generation to experience by helping to create a better structure for the television & movie industries by bringing back the onstage performance Industry. We will teach the skills needed to become successful on stage as well as on film. Opryland will reestablish Nashville as “MUSIC CITY USA”.

We are planning to create Star Talent Promotional Agency (STP) a talent Boot Camp to help performers, current and new, who are ready to take the next step toward appearing on a national stage thru an intensive, immersive, all-encompassing series of classes, workshops, and performance evaluations. Think of this as the “Top Gun” of music. The best and brightest will come to Opryland to hone their skills and be prepared to make that next step. This will be located at the Opryland main office.
When labels have talent that is ready to make the next step and find themselves on a national stage, they will contract with STP to work with these performers in an intensive, immersive, all-encompassing series of classes, workshops, and performance evaluations.

The Boot Camp will consist of a wide range of intense and specific instruction by utilizing the best coaches in the industry to mentor new and current performers to succeed when facing national and global audiences to ensure that their preparation, presence, knowledge and conduct puts them in the best position to sustain a long-lasting career in the music industry. Training will include instruction such as:

● Developing and refining stage presence
● Vocal Health and sustainability
● Media interaction (Print, Cable, Broadcast, Web)
● Financial and investment coaching and strategies
● Building and sustaining a fan base through social media
● Touring 101 - How to Survive a national or global tour
● Personal conduct - How to live in the spotlight 24/7

These are just a few examples of what could be taught in the STP Boot Camp.
STP will emphasize client coaching, mentoring and acting as well as promote television shows, radio shows, filming & broadcasting.

24/7 surveillance & security will be provided on all the premises.

Marketing

Due to the significant impact of this facility, its existence will soon be well known. With the initial $475K marketing budget, we will inundate the region utilizing everything from billboards to print, internet and social media campaigns, local television commercials and a presence on local news and entertainment programs. We will leverage our partnerships with corporate and broadcast sponsors to widen our reach and saturate the market with our presence. Everyone will know who Opryland is, what we do and where we are.

Management

Management at all facilities will consist of senior professionals, some in-house as well as some semi-retired professionals that are currently involved with teaching the next generation to ensure the continued growth and success of the music performance industry.

The leadership team will be vetted and built with the utmost care to ensure all members have the passion to ensure this facility grows to its full potential. Opryland will be an all-inclusive environment with a strong work/life balance and a strong sense of family throughout. Our goal is that everyone at Opryland will enjoy what they do so their heart will always be in it.
